Our stay was pleasant with a spacious Deluxe King room. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the Colombian special during the World Cup. The location felt safe during the day, but explore evenings in groups. For a reliable taxi, consult the hotel staff ahead of time.

During my stay, I encountered several issues. The elevator took far too long to open its doors, and I was often left waiting. Additionally, the staff's attitude was unprofessional. they joked sarcastically at my request to speak English. The noise from the street at night was unbearable, preventing any chance of a good night's sleep. To top it off, the chair in my room was in such disrepair that it felt unsafe to sit on it.

I really enjoyed being just a short walk from the beautiful Bahia de Santa Marta and the fascinating Santa Marta Gold Museum, which made my city exploring super easy and enjoyable. the breakfast was plentiful with some tasty options, making it a great way to start my day surrounded by useful local insights from the friendly staff.

best western plus offers a great location, just a short walk to restaurants and the waterfront. our king suite was spacious and well-maintained, providing a great view. the staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive vibe. this hotel is definitely a top choice for both corporate and leisure guests.
